A HIGH RISK INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY !
WE ARE OFFERING 25 SHARES
AT $10,000 PER SHARE--And:

Our payback schedule for investors:  per share paybacks will be made at 100 troy ounce intervals in cash or gold with 100% of your investment returned at 1,000 troy ounce placer production intervals up to 3,000 toz --Reinvestment option for a percentage of future production with no maximum production limit will be made to investors at each 1000 toz interval.

Participating full share investment partners can receive a negotiated percentage of placer gold they help recover during the exploration period-number of people on site is limited by permit and some of the travel costs will have to be paid by the full share investment partners themselves.  Investor seniority counts--first in get first choice.

This investment could triple in 2 to 5 years.  Mining exploration investments are 100% tax deductible in accordance with IRS Publication 535. Check with the IRS or your tax professional.

We need capital for the exploration of our newly acquired placer claims.  We are confident we can explore and develop these deposits quickly to provide excellent returns to our investors.  The price of gold is expected to increase for the next several years and the 7 claims we are currently trying to develop have a 90% probability of containing 2500 troy ounces or more.  Bulk sampling is planned for this year provided sufficient investment capital is obtained.

Exploration investors will be paid by the share based on the total amount of placer gold recovered as shown in the chart above (paybacks are scheduled at 100 troy ounce intervals).  This investment is NOT based on Company PROFITS, but only on PRODUCTION OF PLACER GOLD from start to finish. We will pay our investors back: 1) in cash, or 2) in gold, or 3) at 1,000 troy ounce intervals, investors will be given an option to re-invest for a percentage of future production so they can continue to receive returns on investments as long as production lasts.  This % would be based on actual production to date and provide the best return possible at the time.

This satellite image shows the remote, previously un-mined, exploration area we will be bulk sampling during our exploration phase to determine whether the gold can be recovered at a profit.

We are optimistic about this property and have more detailed information available on the Investor's link below and on request.

We also believe the offer we are making to our investors provides a good return with several options for payment should the property produce the placer gold we believe it will.

We have acquired 880 acres of mineral rights that we believe we could sell for more than we have invested at the present time if AGV is unable to complete the project as planned.

Please Consider this:

The detailed information we have gathered to date for this project indicates it may have the highest potential of any property in the general area--bar none.  We have revisited our researched information and re-considered the geological information available for this area as well as applying some common sense and knowledge of mining engineering to confirm our preliminary evaluation.

After staking the claims, we found at least two (2) bedrock channels approximately 1000-ft in length--each with little or no overburden and numerous cracks,  crevices and natural cleavage perpendicular to the flow of the stream.  We believe (after some analysis and interpretation of existing conditions) these channels contain enough placer gold to be profitable and are ideal for the suction dredging methods we intend to use.  Our analysis of the situation is contained in our detailed investor's package.

This unexpected situation could provide an opportunity for early production on this portion of the claims and promote the possibility of an early payback to our investors.   It also presents an opportunity for re-mining peroidically and saving gold from operations upstream of the channels.  This bedrock is late cretaceous- about 55 million years old and gold has been moving over it for thousands (possibly millions) of years.  It has never been mined!   There is a huge amount of work to be done and we are offering our full share investment partners a negotiated percentage of placer gold they help recover during the exploration period.  The number of people on site is limited by our dredge permit so investor seniority counts as far as participation in the operation and some travel costs would have to be paid by the investment partners themselves.  The work is hard and conditions primitative and dangerous.

We are planning to start bulk sampling the deposit this year to prove or disprove our professional opinions.  We believe deposits like this are few and far between and that we will produce significant amounts of placer gold from this property.

We also have an investor's information package with very detailed information about this property that we will provide to potential investors making serious inquiries about investments--you must contact us to get it.
Please Also Consider This:

We are professional engineers, pilots, project managers and miners with decades of experience.  To our detractors we furnish this information for free:

"If a person puchases real estate, he hires a lawyer to examine the titles; if he is sick he calls on a physician; but when he goes into mining he takes the word of any plausible talker; and invests his money on the strength of a report made by a stranger.  He assumes that mining is a gamble and that the successful mine investor struck luck.  This is not the case, and he will find that the successful mine owner, hires a mining engineer that has a reputation to sustain as a careful and reliable man in his profession." Eugene B. Wilson, in Hydraulic and Placer Mining, 1918
